Justin
Smith, in a kinda desperate action to get Veronica's attention, hires her to help him find his dad, John Smith. He doesn't
tell her, however, that he thinks his dad is dead. So it is sort of awkward when Veronica actually does find him and
he's a she - it turns out that Justin's father had a sex change operation. Meanwhile, Veronica goes on a date with Troy, and Keith starts dating Rebecca
James, the guidance counselor. Also: Duncan goes off his anti-depressants long enough to have a hallucination about Lilly
and Veronica drives to Arizona to try to find
her mom.
